Say hello to Carlos Slim - the newest person to take the title of "World's Richest Man". This Mexican tycoon made it rich in the cell phone biz. He has just recently beat out Bill Gates for the title by about 8 billion dollars. Now let's hope he follows the role of the other top richest men and share the wealth with needy organizations.
