April 5, 2006 3 seconds after 1:02 am I will definately be thinking about going to bed, but I wont be sleeping yet.
So that is very different than where I was on Jan 2, 2003 6 seconds after 4:05am - which I was definately sleeping.
But then again that depends... what time zone are you refering to?
