AT&T Admits They Are Crappy

I had Cingular for a very long time. I also had AT&T before that. I actually hated AT&T/Cingular by the end of my contract because my phone had service problems and the customer service was awful.

Looks like AT&T is ready to admit that they are kinda crappy - AT&T is no longer claiming to be the network with the "fewest dropped calls"

I don't even know how AT&T was able to claim that before but now they are just going to focus their advertisements on having "more bars in more places" (whatever that means).
